All orders of £200.00 exclusive of VAT and over are carriage free for the UK. Orders under £200.00 are liable for carriage at the current rate of £9.00 next day UPS. RETURN PROCEDURE / WARRANTY

We cover all our goods with a 12-month warranty and the consumer must contact his retailer first at the point of purchase. All our reels are covered with 12 months warranty and out of that time frame reels can still be sent to our independent service engineer Peter Coogan for repair or service.
